Hi Everyone,
We are excited to welcome you to our weekly training simulation match within VCC on Tuesdays, starting from w.19. For these practice matches, the first 22 players who arrive will be selected to participate, unless you have made other arrangements with your team captains/leaders. Our regular captains and vice captains will lead the teams, and in their absence, other members can step up to lead.
On Thursdays, we'll dedicate our time to addressing any areas for improvement identified during the practice match. After the match simulation, each captain will kindly note the areas where their team players can improve and work on them individually during nets on Thursdays or through one-on-one drills, whichever suits you best. This approach will help us focus more on training, make the most of our efforts, and enhance our performance effectively.
Let's work together to support each other, share our strengths, and build a strong, cohesive team. Your collaboration and teamwork will be key to our success. Additionally, let's always remember to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship, respecting each other and playing fair.
