RFSISU - ledarutbildning

Hello VCC,

RFSISU invites us to their leadership development seminars, led by Maria Nilsson, a well-known expert in this field with whom some of us have had direct contact. Amongst several positions she has held, she has also served as counsellor at Hitachigymnasiet.

Her major areas of expertise are mental training and leadership, which include key aspects of the puzzle such as group dynamics, team spirit, communication, conflict management, self-esteem, and self-confidence. She is also a trainer for the Basic Coaching Training (GUT) under the auspices of RFSISU.

This a crucial area of competence that our members should definitely benefit from.

There are two sessions scheduled in Västerås. Please feel free to register for the training sessions using the links below. RFSISU Västmanland would very much like several members from our club to benefit from this. Bookings must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled date of the occasion.
